Before: A two bedroomed corner maisonette on ground and lower ground floors. Grade 2 listed property.
Aim: Develop to sell in an extremely limited market of small luxury properties desired by those requiring a stylish London base.  
After: The space was rearranged and optimised to create a bright, spacious one bedroom open plan apartment flowing from ground to lower ground with solid wood flooring, a feature media wall and latest home entertainment and lighting systems.
